Setting the date and time on Panasonic KX-TA624, KX-TEA308 & KX-TES824 telephone systems

Many telephone systems show the date and time on the display of system phones. This article explains how to set the date and time on Panasonic KX-TA624, KX-TEA308 & KX-TES824 telephone systems.

Setting the date and time on the Panasonic KX-TA624, KX-TEA308 & KX-TES824 telephone systems must be done at the system manager extension, which is always the first extension. If you are not sure which extension this is, try using the lowest-numbered extension (usually 201 or 21).

  1. Do not lift the handset.
  2. Enter program mode.

    • For telephone types KX-T7030 & KX-T7130, move the memory switch at the back of the phone to 'program'.
    • For telephone types KX-T7730 & KX-T7735, press Program.
  3. Press 0.
  4. Enter the last 2 digits of the year (00 - 99).
  5. Enter the month as a 2-digit number (01 - 12).
  6. Enter the day of the month as a 2-digit number (01 - 31).
  7. Enter the day of the week as a single digit (0 for Sunday, 1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, 3 for Wednesday, 4 for Thursday, 5 for Friday, 6 for Saturday).
  8. Enter the hour in 12-hour format as a 2-digit number (01 - 12).
  9. Enter the minute as a 2-digit number (00 - 59).
  10. Press 0 for AM or 1 for PM.
  11. Press Store.
  12. Exit program mode.

    • For telephone types KX-T7030 & KX-T7130, move the memory switch back to 'set'.
    • For telephone types KX-T7730 & KX-T7735, press Program.
