SEP stands for SERVICE = EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL! What more can I say?
We found this company to be both responsive and accommodating. They managed to help us get out of a hole when our service provider left us in the lurch without any working business phone system! They were quick to respond and technically capable in determining what the fault was and where. After replacing a PCB processor card in the system, they quickly reconfigured it to get us back online. Great work, great people to deal with and competitive pricing. We later transferred our phone service contract to them and furthermore have migrated our ISDN and individual phone service/lines from BT to SEP to make it a complete 'one call sorts all' situation for our company telecommunications.
