We at Springvale Leisure manufacture soft furnishings and have 4 factories and 2 offices on 2 sites. We needed a phone system that would allow us to communicate not only with the outside world but also between the people in our offices and factories directly.
SEP supplied us with a system that does everything we need. Anyone in any of our offices or factories can dial directly to anyone else on any of our sites, with the calls being routed over the internet. They also installed a PA system and door intercom. Everything was installed with the minimum of fuss and disruption and has worked without problems ever since.
