Having looked at our requirements, we opted for the hosted VoIP phone system, which was installed in just a matter of days. I was amazed how quickly the whole process was completed.
Once the system had been installed, I needed it to work with Outlook, which I was unable to do successfully myself. However, the backup service and help I received was fantastic and the system is working well and has been a great asset to the business.
