I wanted to send a quick thank you for Dave's help today with the telephone system installation. I am impressed with his depth of knowledge on the phone system and networking in general and Tim the IT man installing the new network for the two sites was also grateful for his assistance and advice.
Dave's tenacity to sort out glitches with the phone system, professional attitude, and willingness to share knowledge and experience were most welcome and without that help, I have no doubt I would have struggled to get a working system for this company over the weekend.
