We are a residential nursing home specialising in dementia care.
We called SEP to enquire about a new phone system and the possibility of transferring calls around the building. SEP were always very professional and knowledgeable, explaining to me the different options available and the costs involved. When installing additional cabling, SEP were very conscious about working in a sensitive environment and working with as little disruption to residents as possible.
We have since contacted SEP when we have had problems with the phones following a storm. SEP promptly returned our calls and were able to get to site within a few hours.
