Setting the date and time on Samsung telephone systems

Many telephone systems show the date and time on the display of system phones. This article explains how to set the date and time on Samsung telephone systems.
Setting the date and time on all Samsung telephone systems requires a passcode. The default customer passcode is 1234. If you are not sure, ask your Samsung dealer.
The time on these systems should change automatically for daylight saving time (DST). If it does not, contact us as we might be able to help.
- Do not lift the handset.
- Press Transfer.
- Press 200.
- Enter the customer passcode (default 1234).
- Press 1 to select 'enable'.
- Press Speaker.
- Press 505.

Enter the date and time in 24-hour format using the keypad, following the format shown on the display.
- For W (day of the week), press 0 for Sunday, 1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, 3 for Wednesday, 4 for Thursday, 5 for Friday, 6 for Saturday.
- If you make a mistake, press Speaker and return to step 7.
- Upon entering the final digit, you should hear 2 beeps to indicate that the date/time has been changed.
- Press Transfer to exit.
