I just wanted to drop a message for your engineer who gave me some information about my BT Versatility box that suddenly had the "initialising" message on the phone screen.
He gave me some information to replace some failed capacitors because you have no new parts to sell me.
Over the weekend I re-capped the internal controller card and with crossed fingers this morning reassembled the box and it burst back into life.
I really appreciated his time and knowledge, this sort of help I thought had long gone, nobody does electronic repairs any more and I would like him thanked by somebody.
